I just recently changed my ISP Provider and I have a separate router that I connect to the ISP Provider’s router. I setup all my FI8910W & FI9821P cams via the IPCAM.exe software. The status off all cams are good - DDNS and all. BUT, I can’t access the cams when away/outside. I checked whatsmyip.com and everything is setup the same for the external ip. On the other hand, all my ZMODO cams work inside and/or outside the house WITHOUT changing anything!!!
