To check and confirm if PTZ is ON or OFF, you need to click on Settings, then Controls and then check if the PTZ tool is not ON/OFF. Cheers.

PTZ control does not appear on camera display, Firmware 1.12.5.4; App firmware 2.81.2.35; version 3.3.0.31 . Thanks
