    Instead of your local ip in Owler for your cameras...try using your public ip address for the camera address (you can find that out at home by typing google seach "What is my ip address"...it should be in the form xxxx.xxxx.xxxx.xxxx). Hope one of these helps!

    I have several foscam cameras...which foscam do you have?

    Look at channel setting on Owlr and change it to what your router is using. Try changing your camera port number to something that is not being in the port 80-88 range. Instead of your local ip in Owler for your cameras...try using your public ip address for the camera address (you can find that out at home by typing google seach "What is my ip address"...it should be in the form xxxx.xxxx.xxxx.xxxx). Try turning on the UPnP in the camera settings. Get a WiFi extender if the further cameras are not connecting. Signal may be too weak. Hope one of these helps!
