We work hard at OWLR to ensure that any camera we connect to is as safe and secure as possible.   

For example, when you are auto-discovering your cameras, we detect the default password as your credentials.  

If they are the default, at a certain point, we request that you change your password to a more secure password, as the recent hack into webcams were based on users not using a more secure password.

Additionally, we do not send your camera credentials to our servers - it is only stored on YOUR phone, so you are in complete control of the security of your cameras.
