Support Foscam FI9800P
The Snapshot view of the FI9800P works when you're viewing multiple cameras. As soon as you tap on the screen to view the camera the image never loads.

It looks like this function is already built into the Android app. It needs to be enabled / built in to the app for iOS. The Android app gives you the ability to add a separate streaming port but the iOS app does not.
