I suggest that the OWLR app...

  1. Add (adjustable) noise alert

    To use my Foscam as a babyfoon, I suggest you to add a function wich puts the app active and shows the live caera view on my screen.
    If only an alert on my phone apears it is also nice but better if I can look into the baby's room if the baby starts crying.

  2. Dlink webcams 2530, 5029, 5030 should be supported. I have those cams on a security network

  5. D-Link DCS-5030L used to work. New firmware 7/2019 now it doesn't.

    Everything else works, setup, external test, only to end up stuck on "configuring camera".

  9. Would you please add DCS-4703E to the list of the supported models.

    This camera model almost works. All the settings works and even the video is shown. However, at the end the app just keeps "configuring".

  12. IOS IR control

    IOS lost the IR control feature. I have to use ANDROID to turn off IR.... YET you advertise iPhone pics with IR control... Wouldn't be a problem, but for some ODD REASON my cameras reset all the time to default IR on and pointing straight up....

  13. Support for Chromebooks in the Android app

    The modern Chromebooks can run Android apps. And I use OWLR for Foscam app, so I tried it on my Chromebook. It works almost perfectly: I can view featured public cameras just as well as on my phone and tablet, and I can also view my own camera if I use the public IP address and forwarding port on my home router.

    But if I try to add the local IP address of my camera, the app complains that it cannot detect a wifi network connection, even though my Chromebook has a good fast speed wifi connection at the time.

    Looking for a way to monetarily support the app development, but I don’t use motion alerts. Would you ever add a tip jar or something where we can pay for the app because we appreciate the work you do and use the app daily!?
