External viewing from Iphone app

I can't seem to get my Foscam camera to work outside of my home network. How do I set this up? The auto setup feature doesnt work.

    I have my foscam working fine using the iphone app setup.. but after 6/8 hours im unable to view via 4g and online on home wifi.. im able to view again via 4g after a fresh install on the app but again.. in time its unavailable again
