Support Other Camera Account Privillages
Original title - Viewing cameras without needing adminstrator rights
Hey Daniel here - Just merged this idea with few duplicates, makes it easer for my to reply to everyone. I've also tweaked the title to make it more generic for all cameras rather than just Foscams.
It should be possible to set up/view Foscam camera streams for example as "operator" or "guest" as well and not only with "administrator" rights. This would be much more secure.
UPDATE 12/12/2016:
I have merged a few other ideas into this one, makes it easier for me to reply to you all!
We know this is a potential problem for some – we have needed to revamp the authentication features for the iOS app – which we are still addressing. It definitely something we are looking into though!

Not being able to log in as anything other than admin makes this app insecure and not very useful. This is a key and trivial feature to implement.

Just ran across this today. Spent several hours trying to figure out why OWLR wouldn't log in when I could use the same account on other apps just fine. OWLR is the best design/interface by far but I will not sacrifice a camera's security for convenience.

This would be great since I have multiple cameras with only operator level access, no full admin

Love the Foscam (Android) app. I am using a FI9828W and it works
great for my log on (admin), both via LAN and WAN (over 4G).However, I loaded the app on another phone (Android) and tried to
log on, and failed. The only difference is that the failed log on was for a user
listed as 'Visitor'. Also failed when user was elevated to
'operator' level. The log on worked when I raised the user to an
Admin level. Same log on name and password, the only difference
was the user level as set in the camera.Would LOVE to be able to have a user log on as visitor only, and
not have the admin privileges.
