Good morning! I have a Foscam FI9928P outdoor camera of the pan and tilt variety, that is hardwired to my wireless router at my house. I can view the camera just fine when I connect locally through my Wi-Fi. Your app also automatically set up the external IP address without a hitch. However, when I am away from the house, your app cannot retrieve the camera. Can you please help? I would like to subscribe to motion alerts, as soon as I’m able to see the camera remotely.
