UPDATE 6/12/2016: We have the scripts for presets for most of our supported cameras. We will implement them soon but there needs to be a bit of refactoring before we get them in!

Sorry about this disappointment we aren't trying to pull one over - honest guv!
As mentioned by Daniel, we haven't supported this feature, it is however on our pipeline and will appear in the future!
As a company policy, we give away features that control the cameras directly for free and always will do. We only charge for things that the cameras don't do out of the box.

Exactly! Sometime depending conection spend a time to move to desired point... so we push more time to try to arrive and then the cameta passes the point a lot...
And view recordings would be great! -

Using the PTZ cameras have the ability to set or lock in different views that would have a reference # or name , make your selection the camera would go to the selection this would be a preset. Also be able to zoom & if desired be able to take a photo of the zoomed image.of that preset
