10. OWLR app should install multiple version on one phone.

    please allow OWLR app to install multiple version on my phone. Then I can connect all outdoor cameras to one icon and all indoor cameras to the second icon.
    Or with multiple icons / apps, i can monitor different locations without mixing the cameras together.

    I quit using your service a long time ago because I was told that you were no longer going to support older model cameras.

    When I talked to a tech I was basically told that I had to upgrade for the app to work correctly.

    I thought, what happens when I upgrade and you don’t support that camera and I have to upgrade again.

    Nope! I will not use your service. It was just the other day that I noticed I was still paying your service.

    Very unpleasant people to deal with. I have since found another camera manufacturer that is much more nicer and focused on supporting their customers, they don’t treat me like they are doing me a favor by even talking to me.

    Don’t worry, you’ll do alright without me. There are plenty of people out there that enjoy being treated bad and I have moved on and have been very happy.
