  5. Full URL support for external access

    I would like setting up external access to support full URLs. I have my cameras internet facing through a reverse SSL proxy. Externally, I can view them like this: "https://custom-dns-name:custom-port/camera01/". In the OWLR app, I can only add host/IP and port.

  6. Please support AMCREST IPM-723B.

    This camera worked fine until I changed my network to WPA2-PSK (AES) from TKIP for improved security (and Nintendo connection). After reset, camera not found. Manual setup said camera not supported..

  7. Unable to access externally

    I have cancelled as I’m unable to access the cameras external to the wifi. I’ve tried all the help articles but to no avail. Great concept but too difficult.

    I have all Amcrest camera's and thought I was purchasing another, but somehow purchased a HIKVision. I need an app that will run all of my camera's and therefore I am asking OWLR to add HIKVISION to their platform.

    When you get the images from the camera run them through TensorFlow or some other analysis and detect people or faces. Allow me to specify that I only want images with people in them.

  20. Support for Chromebooks in the Android app

    The modern Chromebooks can run Android apps. And I use OWLR for Foscam app, so I tried it on my Chromebook. It works almost perfectly: I can view featured public cameras just as well as on my phone and tablet, and I can also view my own camera if I use the public IP address and forwarding port on my home router.

    But if I try to add the local IP address of my camera, the app complains that it cannot detect a wifi network connection, even though my Chromebook has a good fast speed wifi connection at the time.
