Add a schedule to enable / disable motion notification. 7 day hourly type would be great or a 5/2 for weekdays and weekends.

favorite camera selectable (for direct and fast view)
It should be possible to select one of the available cameras to be the favorite one. This camera would be viewed in full-screen mode, every time the App is started. Ideally without the OWLR startup message.
For example, if one have a camera installed at the front door of the house. It would be nice to see, who the bell ring, just with one fingertip on the App symbol. This should be possible, as fast as possible.

Bewegungserkennung mit Aufzeichnung.
Wünschenswert wäre ein Alarm bei einer Bewegungserkennung auf das Handy. Nur so lassen sich ungewollte Aktivitäten kontrollieren wenn man nicht Zuhause ist. Ausserdem kann sofort die notwendige Hilfe und Polizei verständigt werden, je nachdem ob es sich um ein Einbruch oder fehl Alarm handelt. Sollte die Bewegungserkennung aufgezeichnet werden, wäre es super dieses Video direkt vom Handy abspielen zu können. Sind diese Funktionen alle vorhanden und bleibt die Werbung aus, würde ich Geld (ca. 5 Euro) dafür bezahlen. Would like the ability to use the P2P UID and P2P port address for port forwarding for Foscam cameras.

We also are worried about using P2P since it means that the cameras continuously communicate to the outside world. Audio level Threshold under which phone will be mute
Would like a feature where the sounds will mute under a certain threshold. That will allow to monitor a baby for example leaving the phone for the night with the app open and not wake up from every little noise the baby makes.
18 votesWe do plan on this “audio squelch” — the challenge has been the time and focus to deliver on this feature. We have an upcoming update that should add some power to the player on iOS which can make the squelch much easier.

Remove World Cameras
Any way to remove the public webcams from the app? It gives me a HUGE false since of security to see all these camera feeds along side my personal cameras.

Support Other Camera Account Privillages
Original title - Viewing cameras without needing adminstrator rights
Hey Daniel here - Just merged this idea with few duplicates, makes it easer for my to reply to everyone. I've also tweaked the title to make it more generic for all cameras rather than just Foscams.
It should be possible to set up/view Foscam camera streams for example as "operator" or "guest" as well and not only with "administrator" rights. This would be much more secure.

We know this is a potential problem for some – we have needed to revamp the authentication features for the iOS app – which we are still addressing. It definitely something we are looking into though!

Add setting that disables using gesture control to pan tilt the camera
It could be annoying that the camera pan-tilt position changes because you accidentally swiped the screen while viewing the camera, especially when the camera is slow to react to the pan-tilt commands sent to it (not sure if it's communication delay or due to the app or the camera) which makes it very difficult to reset to the original pan-tilt position.
With the joystick there, it's kind of redundant to have another way of controlling the pan-tilt. It might be nice for someone, but having an option of enabling/disabling the gesture control will be nice for everyone.

Swipe sideways to switch cameras
When watching a camera, swipe left and right to view the next or previous camera when multiple cameras are available.
26 votesWe are considering this feature – the real challenge is that some of our users love the pan/tilt on the camera via gestures – so this makes it more difficult. But we will seriously consider this.

Definitely something we will be adding in the future.
Workaround/ fix for Android:
VPN are not supported because of the way our app binds to the port.
I personally use a VPN on my Android phone; the way I get around the issue is discovery and setup the camera’s without my VPN turned on. Once you’ve done this and all the camera’s are setup, you can then switch your VPN back on.
I’ve only tested this on my phone (Samsung S6), as the other devices in the office do not have VPN setup on them, so this isn’t a guaranteed fix.

Background Audio - Play audio when app is closed
I Love this app. I do wish, for those of us who use their cameras as baby monitors, that it had the ability to provide audio for the camera even when the app is minimized and the screen is locked similar to what Pandora does. I know I don't want my screen on all night while I am watching a sleeping baby.

We are aware of this – and it will require a rework of the video player to support the audio separate from the video and to be able to keep the battery use at a minimum.
We actually have someone looking at this right now. So we are one step closer to implementing this feature
