   Currently re-writing all of our scripts. Once we’ve done this should be easy to add this feature.

2. Alert Zones

   Would be great if we could "color in" a part of the camera's view where we want motion alerts to come from. That way I could exclude the window with the waving branches, or the busy street out front.

   This feature is planned as well – it requires a bit of work on both the camera interface, our app interface and our server interface. But it is in the pipeline for more control.

3. Support Foscam FI9928P with pan & optical zoom

   Foscam FI9928P is not listed as a supported camera but the OWLR app for the iPad allows gesture control for both pan and tilt of the Foscam FI9928P camera and works great!

   The OWLR app for the Android version does not show PTZ controls or allow gesture control of pan and tilt. Both apps do not allow optical zoom.

   Due to the rewrite, we needed to deprioritize for the next set of features. But it is planned.

6. Listen to audio for multiple cameras simultaneously

   When using cameras as monitors for multiple childrens rooms it would be helpful to be able to hear both (or more than 2) simultaneously from the multi-image screen.

   I can see how it would be useful, may need some feedback on how it would be implemented. Great idea more long term though.

7. Remove World Cameras

   Any way to remove the public webcams from the app? It gives me a HUGE false since of security to see all these camera feeds along side my personal cameras.

   We have had too many people complain if we remove the World Cameras – but we will likely offer it in the Advanced Settings in the future.

8. Foscam FI9826 Camera Features

   1. Provide a true optical zoom function for these cameras. The current app only has a low-quality digital zoom, but the cameras have a 3X optical zoom.

   2. Provide full brightness/contrast/sharpness/color controls. The cameras are almost useless looking outdoors without this.

    UPDATE 21/12/2016: A different layout that supports multiple live views will take a while in terms of design and implementation but its definitely something we are looking at.

    The Wansview 1080p NCM625GA is a confirmed camera that has a similar price point to newer Foscam IP camera's but without the terrible firmware issues. The Wansview NCM625GA is sold on amazon as Wansview 1080P 2.0MP WiFi Wireless IP Security Camera, Full HD.

    The Wansview is known to work easily with Zoneminder on Linux in addition to Mac and Window's platforms. 14. Sync Cameras Between Devices

    In the Foscam app, you can add a camera via iPhone and it will appear when you open the Foscam app on my iPad. The Foscam app syncs through the user's cloud subscription (they give you a free account, then bombard you with ads to buy more storage). Perhaps the sync feature could be part of the OWLR Alert subscription: the camera data could be in the user's account, and the cameras sync when they log in.

19. Ability to save All settings (a backup file) to Dropbox or iCloud.

    I would like the ability to Save a backup to Dropbox and iCloud. This way, if you corrupt your settings, or your better half wants to easily configure her phone, you can Import the saved backup.
